Lịch trình tour ghép sáng

8:00–8:30: Xe và hướng dẫn viên của Cat Ba Dream Cruise đón khách tại các khách sạn ở trung tâm thị trấn Cát Bà và di chuyển đến Bến Bèo.

8:30–9:00: Lên tàu và thưởng thức đồ uống chào mừng, Dream Cruise bắt đầu với điểm đến đầu tiên, làng chài nổi Cái Bèo.

09:00–11:00: Du thuyền đi qua khu vực lõi của Vịnh Lan Hạ, Tại Lan Hạ, du khách có thể trải nghiệm chèo thuyền kayak, bơi lội, sử dụng hồ bơi lưới, chơi các trò chơi trượt nước mạo hiểm, chụp ảnh check in và khám phá Vịnh Lan Hạ.

11:00–12:00: Thưởng thức bữa ăn chính set menu với nhiều món đa dạng, phong phú.

12:00–13:15: Sau bữa trưa, Du Thuyền di chuyển đến Làng Việt Hải, tại đây du khách có thể tận hưởng không gian yên bình, giản dị của người dân và trải nghiệm Massage Cá.

13:15–13:45: Du thuyền di chuyển quay trở về Bến Bèo và cùng ngắm lại vùng Vịnh nơi được vinh danh là Di Sản Thiên Nhiên Thế Giới.

14:00: Đến Bến Bèo, xe và Hướng dẫn viên đưa quý khách trở về khách sạn.

Lịch trình tour ghép chiều

14:30 -15:00: Xe và Hướng dẫn viên của Cat Ba Dream Cruise đón Quý Khách tại khách sạn trung tâm thị trấn Cát Bà ra Bến Bèo.

15:00 – 16:00: Du Thuyền đi qua làng chài Cái Bèo – Hòn Rùa – Vạn Bội, Quý khách có thể chiêm ngưỡng và chụp ảnh lưu dấu kỷ niệm.

16:00 -17:00: Chèo thuyền kayak và tắm biển tại khu vực trung tâm Vịnh Lan Hạ

17:00-17:30: Thưởng thức tiệc trà chiều trên tầng 3 của Du Thuyền và cùng ngắm nhìn lại Vịnh Lan Hạ trên cung đường quay tở về Bến bèo.

17:30: Kết thúc lịch trình tham quan , xe và Hướng dẫn viên đưa Quý Khách quay trở về khách sạn.

Tour ngắm hoàng hôn

14:30-15:00: Xe và Hướng dẫn viên của Cat Ba Dream Cruise đón khách tại các khách sạn thuộc trung tâm thị trấn Cát Bà di chuyển ra Bến Bèo nhận vé lên tàu thăm quan.

15:00-16:00: Qúy khách lên tàu và thưởng thức Trà chanh mát cùng khăn lạnh do nhân viên của chúng tôi chuẩn bị để chào đón Qúy khách . Sau đó cùng Dream Cruise khởi động hành trình với điểm đến đầu tiên-Làng chài nổi Cái Bèo.

16:00-17:30: Tàu đi qua vùng lõi của Vịnh Lan Hạ, di chuyển qua Hòn Rùa để quý khách cùng chụp ảnh chiêm ngưỡng. Tại Lan Hạ quý khách trải nghiệm chèo thuyền Kayak , Tắm biển , Sử dụng bể bơi lưới , Chơi cầu trượt cảm giác mạnh , Tắm tráng, chụp ảnh check-in, Ngoài ra quý khách có thể thưởng thức đồ uống , tại quầy Bar tầng 1 hoặc hát karaoke thể hiện giọng hát giữa không gian có 102 trên biển .

17:30-18:00: Cùng ngắm cảnh hoàng hôn tuyệt đẹp trên tầng 3 của Du Thuyền , thư giãn và thưởng thức tiệc trà chiều.

18:00-19:00: Quý khách thưởng thức bữa chính ngay tại các nhà hàng của Du Thuyền sức chứa lên đến 80 người.

19:00-19:45: Chạm Bến Bèo, HDV đưa quý khách lên xe quay trở về khách sạn . Kết thúc lịch trình tham quan.

CHILDREN TOUR PRICE EM:

From 0-4 years old are free (1 family is free of 1 EB, EB2 charges a surcharge of 300,000/1 child) 6-hour tour applies
Surcharge for children 0-4 years old is outside the policy of the Hoang Hoan tour package (calculated based on year of birth)
Children from 5 to 10 years old are charged 75% of the tour price and enjoy the same services as adults (calculated based on year of birth)
From 11 and up, calculated at adult price (calculated based on year of birth)

Insurance coverage includes the following risks:

Death, physical injury due to accident
Death due to illness, sudden illness during the insurance period and journey
Death or physical injury due to the Insured's actions to save people or property of the state, the people and participate in combating illegal actions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation without notice or no-show: Customer pays 100% of total tour amount
2 days notice = 48 hours: Free cancellation of service with valid reason.
1 day notice = 12 hours: Customer pays 50% of total tour amount.
For guests enjoying the discount policy, the money will not be refunded but can only leave for another day
100% refund of the deposit or payment made by the customer in case of a natural disaster, flood or notice from the authorities prohibiting departure.
In case HV Cruise cannot carry out the tour as scheduled, it must immediately notify customers and partners and refund the entire amount due to customers and partners. have deposited or paid within 3 days from the date of notification by cash or bank transfer.
